fc402026fb improvement(vscode): Improve tasks 
Changed the build task to no longer set isDefault: true. This lets you
set your own default build task from a code workspace.

Also replaced "cd app" in each command by setting the working directory
for the task.

8df00aeac4 improvement(vscode): recommend ZMK Tools extension 
Removed the associations for keymap and overlays since ZMK Tools provides
associations of its own, and overriding keymap files to DeviceTree prevents
ZMK Tools from properly handling them.

14d5e36b68 improvement(vscode): stop C/C++ changing settings 
By default, VS Code's C/C++ extension updates .vscode/settings.json to associate
.h files with C or C++ based on which type of file they're included by. Since
ZMK doesn't use C++, disable this behavior and always treat .h files as C
headers.

824d605c22 fix(docs): Fix keymap upgrader 
Bumped web-tree-sitter to v0.19.4 and added v0.4.0 of
tree-sitter-devicetree, which had to be rebuilt to work in v0.19.x

Changed how we patch web-tree-sitter to correctly load tree-sitter.wasm
to work with the latest version of Docusaurus. Including a copy of
tree-sitter.wasm as a static resource is no longer needed.

efa497c69b fix(behaviors): Fix timing of delayed hold-tap trigger 
A hold-tap timer event would be triggered too soon if the hold-tap
was delayed for longer than its tapping-term. This may cause
accidental hold behavior when the correct behavior would be tap.

By queuing the timer event instead of executing it immediately,
other delayed events get a chance to be processed properly.
